1. Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Products are eligible for exchange within 07 days from the date of purchase.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Exchange Process:

    • Reach out to our customer service team at (+91)-7817034761 to initiate the exchange process. Provide your order number, the product you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
    • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Step 2: Verification and Approval
    • Our customer service team will review your request and verify that it meets the eligibility criteria. Once approved, you will receive an email with instructions for the exchange.
  • Step 3: Prepare the Exchange
    • Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
    • Include a copy of the invoice or packing slip in the package.
  • Step 4: Send the Package
    • Ship the package to the address provided in the approval email.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and timely delivery.

3. Exchange Conditions:

  • We will process the exchange once we receive and verify the returned product.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is unavailable, we will provide alternatives or a store credit.
  • Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the exchange is due to a mistake on our part.

4. Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost to you.

5. Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Certain items, such as final sale items, intimate products, and accessories, are non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons. Please refer to our “Return Policy” for more information.

We have only Exchange No Return Policy!

Sale items

No Exchange will be applicable on a Sale Item!

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at haay.info@gmail.com and send your item to: Haay, Biharipur Membrane, Bareilly (U.P.). 243001

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Haay, Biharipur Membrane, Bareilly (U.P.). 243001

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
